My experience working here is average. I see there many peers who are given better opportunities and promotions. Due to often layoff, i have a fear my job is not secure. To make myself feel sage i am giving more than 100% which may not be recognized well, compensated well. I don't see myself growing

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Regular interaction by Manager/Upper Management. Support from Manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
mostly the day at work offer an opportunity to learn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increments are below average, a deserving candidate is not awarded correct designation, growth of an individual is not a priority for the manager and executive team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should showcase skill as per their designation, which is lacking. They should not seek hand holding. When there is time zone difference then team meeting/standup/general discussion should not overrun the allotted time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
my skills and level of experience is not valued by not providing me growth. Even a multi skilled person is not awarded with better compensation and designation. There is lot of expectation. Company is struggling to clear its debts; its share price is often decreasing this gives a negative feeling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make correction in salary as per market standard Take into consideration Inflation, cost of living of the city Benefits can also include ESOP For employee who are expert in two or more languages and use them on day-to-day basis for them market correction should be at least considered.
