Sabre is a great company if you can secure a career path. Enough opportunities were opened in the past for people to increase base knowledge on a certain area. And then become an expert and from there choose where to go. Usually, management decisions are well explained and understood.

Being able to help others to succeed, or at least to find a path to success.

Solid Team, which doesn't depend on egos. Everyone of us know what is expected from us, and what is the role to play
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pause and reflect on the gains vs the losses. There may be time to correct the path if the results aren't what is expected.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is the only part of compensation I might consider as good. Benefits over all don't target the right audience, focused only on some lifestyle which isn't necessarily applicable to all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Human factor is considered and cherished. A good company can't rely solely on automation or Artificial Intelligence. Decisions, exceptions, unexpected situations must be taken into account, regardless of the monetary value it may take. Business isn't only about money.
