I have had a great experience here for over 8 years, starting as a contractor and now full-time. I really value the culture and management, which have always supported my growth. My only disappointment this year was the 2024 compensation, but overall, it's been a rewarding journey.

What makes me happiest at work is the opportunity to work with multiple technologies and tools. It keeps me challenged and constantly learning, which helps me grow both personally and professionally.

Our team is incredibly cooperative and hardworking. Everyone supports each other and we are always ready to step up and collaborate to get the job done. The positive teamwork really makes a difference in achieving our goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because, despite taking on more responsibility and working hard, my compensation this year was the lowest in my 14-year career. A more meaningful raise that reflects my contributions and the market would help me feel more appreciated.
