I love the job and the people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO by a mile. Benefit costs is fair as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel they are very transparent and focused on their teams and customers. That's a very good combination.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, Work/Life balance is front and center as far as I'm concerned. The many events as Southlake are fantastic as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I was fortunate enough to join a good team and was welcomed with open arms. My thoughts/theories are included in all conversations.
