Generally my experience has been wonderful. Of course the experience has gotten worse since Covid, but that is understandable. I do feel like our company is on the track to get back to where we were before that time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The straight forwardness and open discussions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing tasks that directly help someone and I can see the relief on their face.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works well together and is able to cover anything for the others, making our team run very smoothly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, I believe our company does very well at hiring users that are diverse and very open to work with other diverse people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The feeling of being undervalued comes from the overall economic climate and not from Sabre themselves. While I feel undervalued when it comes to compensation, it is due to the cost of everyday living and I understand that is not due to Sabre nor does Sabre have any real ability to change that.
