The benefits are great. The multiple rounds of layoffs and especially the way the ones were handled May 2023 has soured my opinion on how upper management veiws and respects its employees. The work from home rollbacks increased that concern

Employees have stayed strong even in the anti-worker work from home rollback

Good team work. In it together. Looking to produce results and make customers happy
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Time off values are nice. Being able to work from home is the most important part of that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of stress since layoffs last year. Increasing stress and anti-worker policies with Return to Office and slide away from work from home. WFH is a nice offset from the need to be connected all day chasing items. Re-evaluate and be honest about worker policies and lwy people work from home
