Sabre used to be truly a great place to work. In the last few years, lost lot of good friends and team members. Too much uncertainty and not sure whats going to happen to our roles in future.

on par with the product based company. No complaints here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Delivering the committed work with good quality. Making the team look good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good bonding..I have a global team - one team member in KRK, one team in MVD and one in DFW. I support teams across the globe and not so much in my current location.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
1) Too much uncertainty. Even after a good quarter we see team members let go. 2) Always on edge if we are going to be list of layoff. 3) It almost seems every manager or leader are insecure at work and it comes out in many form. This cascades to team members too. 4) Toxic work environment.
