Generally, I'm satisfied. But before Sabre went to the stock, the company worked better in my opinion. Now, we calculate every cent, trying hard to reduce the costs (which is good) but always stakeholders aren't satisfied so no matter what we do it's always bad.

The work itself. I like what I do every day. I have a fair balance between various types of tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A fair increase in salary. A 3-5% per year sounds like a joke for someone with 10+ years of experience. You should do everything to keep those people satisfied because they have a lot of knowledge and skills.
