Employees are undervalued and have no place to grow. Management of specific site always tries to push "everything is great" narration no matter how bad things are going. Sometimes they lie to our faces. Competent people are leaving the company because there is no effort made to keep them
Right now the leadership is extremally customer driven. I understand the need for this since the company is in an uncomfortable spot, but I feel like employees are being unappreciated a bit too much. It feels like there's constantly more pressure put on us while we don't receive any extra motivation
Everybody is kind and helpful. I can always count on their help if I need it or their guidance if I don't know something. They are very competent people. If I had to choose one thing that I like the best when it comes to Sabre, I would choose people working there.
It feels like there is no place to grow. Even though with time I gain more experience and continue proving myself it does not feel like I am getting closer to a promotion. The pay is also relatively low compared to other IT companies on the market. But we are being told that it is "competitive"
