Sabre is the only company I've worked where mangers are real people and they hear voices of logic and reason.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No blaming culture. The most toxic stuff is when people are seeking who to blame instead of thinking how to achieve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They were hired because they were the best to fit the job AND they have great attitude to work. They were selected and battle-verified. No nepotism, no outsourcing company influences, no DEI etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making our team producing high quality software on time and on budget. This is a privilege in a world of bad management trying to micromanage everything and forcing you to have unfit people in a team.
