Sabre has a great group of employees that are friendly and hard working. However, the EU (Spanish) employees are underpaid and not given the same benefits/salary as the NAM team. It's disheartening to not afford basic cost of living and dip into savings, yet US/UK coworkers are living it up.

We have great teamwork and make due with our limitations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a friendly team and a can do attitude.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other and make lemons our of lemonade. Our team was reduced with the last layoff and many left this year, but we are great at making the best of the situation and prevailing to succeed. Everyone is really nice and helpful which creates a great work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am based in Europe and am the lowest paid team member on my team. Despite taking on multiple roles, working long/odd hours, winning best employee awards and cost of living sky rocketing in my area, my manager hasn't bothered to increase my salary. No 401K, life insurance, or education programs...
