I met great people and learned a lot during these almost 17 years of being in the company. I had the feeling that it was my second home. Unfortunately, due to the poor management of the direct leaders for the past few months, I decided to leave the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
have the openness to listen to feedback instead of imposing a ready-made script, more dialogue less criticism, building relationships based on respect, trust and empathy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increase as appreciation for many years of loyal work. Unfortunately, the current trend is to offer higher pay to new people with less experience instead of appreciating old dedicated employees. The only possibility of receiving a salary increase I can see currently is to leave the company.
