First 1.5-2 years were great. Lots of benefits, working from home policy, nice office. Then suddenly it all has been taken from the employees. I don't feel it is competitive company anymore. Also management does not care on increase of cost of leaving in my country and it is not reflected in my sala

People are open and nice. No closed groups.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People support each other. I know I can always count on my Team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since last merit I did a lot of contribution to the Team and Company and this has not been reflected in my merit because of the low budget.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work from anywhere has been taken from us. I was hired to this company with benefit on working from anywhere policy which said I need only to be at the office one day and it won't change EVER. And suddenly this is not true anymore.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Depending on which leadership we talk. There is no conversation with leadership and they treat the employees like a kids. We are mature people with lots of problems in this changed world - high cost of life without proper salary. All benefits are taken from us too.
