the work life balance in this company is great. I have got the opportunity to learn a new SAP Module over here. So overall I am happy with this company as my employer. Its just if there is a salary and designation correction as per my number of years of experience, I would feel valued

we catch up in office on common days and chit chat a bit outside office work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the inflation in the past 3 years has gone up steeply, a better annual hike is what would make me feel better. At the moment it's like neck to neck when I compare my salary with my spendings and savings. there is nothing extra left even though I haven't increased my savings in the past 3 years
