Mostly positive, however the almost annual round of layoffs does create anxiety. I'm also concerned about the company's ability to pay off debt. I understand the plan to restructure debt until such time there is additional income to pay off the debt, but it there is still some trepidation for futur

The winning spirit from the ELT to the manager level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO package allows more days for me to refresh so that I can do my best work when here.
