It's a good job. But the insane amount of Mandatory Overtime at the Mechanicsburg Inbound Department has gotten beyond ridiculous. Most of us on first shift are close to or over 300 hours of overtime. We are mandatory every week and almost every Sat since April. We are tired and moral is gone
