A good manager, a good working environment, a dedicated team, challenges of working in each issues which always makes my day even better. A good technology and infrastructure and tools used to run software which is really fantastic

Time is flexible and each and every team is eager to help us for any issues. No partially between multiple different teams and department. Position atmosphere. Very professional and anytime people are happy to work and a good team infact. I have never seen such kind of teams in my life
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
See I am from Ahmedabad and in the same city Vertafore office exist but I was selected for Hyderabad branch which is 2000 KM from Ahmedabad. I believe Vertafore should give the option to the employee to work on any nearby office or atleast WFH. Would be appreciated if I can get this benifits.
