I was little hesitant when i want to join the company . But after joining i feel that joining with vertafore was one of my best decisions. I loved the collegues, work environment and management here. Everyone was supportive and friendly. Moreover i had a great learning curve after joining vertafore.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation was fixed and there were not additional cuttings apart from pf and taxes.
What makes you most happy at work?
I dont feel stressed during my work. My work life balance was very much satisfied.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Environment of the company during the virtual meets was vert positive. Everyone was involving irrespective of designation in remote social gatherings

Everyone was supportive from management side. They were conecernes about each and every employee in the team and treats everyone the same without any discrimination

Everyone in the team was friendly and will clarify things without any hesitation. I feel comforatble raising my concerns directly with my senior members of the team
