Company had good growth past and future as well. But, Compensations to employees should increase, a specially this pandemic situation, Employees are working very hardly though they have stress in life but didn't receive expected pay as they received earlier(at CSSI).

Good Interaction between the teams and peers. Have IJP option to work any where in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have good team to provide quality application to end user and they adequate knowledge on the work what they are doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company didn't pay good compensation as per my role and work. I don't have an opportunity to move next level as we don't have openings of the next level position.
