Overall it is a job. It is hard to transition from one company to another and the information seems to be on a need to know basis. There seems to be a great deal of negative talk about other employees which is disheartening

The time allowance without a specific number of days is generous

There is micromanaging which makes it very difficult to focus on just one thing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am part of the acquisition of MGA. Things were not clearly laid out when it came to transitioning, and I have since asked HR questions that they either never answered or took a week to answer. Not very responsive.
