While I think the company is a little too focused on social/political agendas, I don't feel pressured to conform to that. I work from home and am free to do what I love and then turn it off at the end of the day and be myself with my own values and purposes. At work, I love what I do.

I am allowed to do my job and learn. I am not held back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm recognized as a contributing member of the team, and I feel valued, heard, and respected here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The price is competitive. Benefits seem standard. No complaints. (Benefits are not that important to me.)
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with clients and their data, and make their transition into the Vertafore ecosystem smooth, so that they are excited about using our products.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They are always eager to help out, even after hours. I really enjoy being a part of my team and know that no matter what comes up, I'm supported. We all own the success of each project, regardless of the name on the project plan.
