Open to change and improvements to our processes. The team works well to solve common issues across the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Better communication and alignment across various groups. I see great efforts to improve our one company approach by understanding and streamlining processes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Though never guaranteed, bonuses and merit increases have been steady and consistent. I believe we are also competitive with our 401K and Insurance Benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to solve problems by helping employees get through blockers. I also enjoy the collaboration to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our deliverables.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Vertafore cared about the well-being of our employees both physically and mentally during Covid. Went to great measures to keep communication open and made it comfortable to work from home by ensuring every employee had the right equipment. I also appreciate the office events that bring us together.
