There's a lot of talk of valuing employees and taking care of them. I have not seen much follow through on that though.

My group seeks to avoid harmful red tape while still following a safe and reliable process.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Valuing their rank-and-file employees. This includes benefits, ACTUALLY competitive salaries, and cost of living increases that at least match inflation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
- Hectic communication between clients, Operations, and developers. We do not have enough project managers, product managers, customer service reps, or BAs to support the product. - No motivation to write excellent software; focus is on getting things done and out the door. If there's a bug oh well
