There is a lack of salary transparency and it's widely understood that Vertafore pay is low compared to other firms. Pay has remained stagnant while everyday costs of living have skyrocketed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Quotas go up year over year but compensation remains the same, meaning each dollar in revenue gained is worth less to the seller. The company does not share the increase in revenue with the sellers who are delivering it.
