Well I've been here almost 20 years so I've ridden the waves of acquisition (about 5x over) and ridden the waves of the good and bad. I'm proud that I've stuck it out as it's as good as its ever been and I've had some of the greatest life experiences working here both on the road and in the office.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I'm a long-timer.. I've been here longer than most and I have ridden the wave of GREAT to Terrible to OK and now back to GREAT! I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment having survived the hard times and coming out so strong on the other side. That makes me love V4 that much more, we persevered!
What makes you most happy at work?
My team making me laugh on the regular and making clients happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HSA is nice.. that helps save money and you don't have to spend in that calendar year.

My coworkers and when I make a big sale! Seeing your hard work pay off makes me very happy!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are funny, kind, collaborative, smart and hardworking. My team is very reliable, and we trust one another and genuinely care about each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We genuinely love each other. We are lifelong friends and we respect each other, we care about each others success and we enjoy each others company! That can be rare but they put a great team together that all get along and we adore our Management! I trust them completely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My management can spot when we are experiencing burn-out due to travel and work fatigue and they encourage us to take a day(s) off. They tell us they can't' having us burning out and that it's important to take breaks, get personal time and recharge. That's nice to have that support system.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get a good amount of PTO and holidays to alleviate burnout. My personal sales compensation package is finally good again whereas for many years it was severely less than what other software companies offered. Hopefully they don't lower it again next year since we do not get good annual raises.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so approachable. They are the kind of people you can have a real conversation with on work or personal topics. That goes a LONG way to keeping staff intact and in creating a positive/happy work place. Clients prefer their vendors love where they work and that is a reflection of leadership
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People work well together and are willing to help you when you need it. I feel like the hiring is really good because almost every one seems to have a good attitude and puts in the work. We also don't take ourselves too seriously.. you have to have fun while you work even while remote!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are APPROACHABLE. That is so important to an employee to feel like 1) your Executive team cares about the employees and 2) they interact with the staff and keep a pulse on all levels of the organization. There have been leaders here before that were out of touch and it led to a mass exodus.
