There is a generally supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Everyone is willing to help others and share knowledge so that each team member can continue growing to their potential.

My team creates a safe and welcoming environment for everyone and are collaborating every day to deliver the best possible finished work. Everyone is kind and respectful, which helps us generate the best possible solutions to the problems we are solving as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is widely known that Vertafore Software Engineers are underpaid compared with market value for their roles. This has been the case for many years and it would be so incredible to see the company demonstrate their value of these employees by increasing salaries across the board.
