I have been on various teams in various departments throughout my time at the company and i have loved each one. I think that overall Vertafore is a great place to work and i would always recommend it to my friends when they are looking for employment. I think Vertafore fosters growth and i love it
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that i have health care and the 401K matching is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very inclusive culture and i love that we are openly supportive of minority groups and various identities and inclinations
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team, we work collaboratively to help each other out as needed and i know i can always rely on them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is amazing, reliable and insightful and always ready to dive in if we need him. My director has an open door policy and is easy to converse with and approachable.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my work and appreciate that i can contribute to improving and building up our company. I wouldnt call it "exciting" per se but i do love my job and am grateful to be a part of the Vertafore community
