I really like working for Vertafore and see value in the work the company does but there is a lot of false promise for career advancement. In addition, the leadership team in the customer support department is very condescending rather thsn helpful

Career development. It is heavily promised but rarely seen put into action

There needs to be clearer career development goals that are actually attainable.

I have worked here for over a year with promise to advance and have done numerous steps to do so and bothing works
