My overall experience has been mostly positive. Being on team GEICO, there was definitely a rough and stressful start to my employment. But meaningful steps have been made to improve our quality of work and communications with the customer, and I feel more empowered now to do my job.

I feel it has less to do with being undervalued and more to do with the fact that the wage is hardly a livable one in today's world.
