What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

(When it happens) Cross collaboration between multiple locations, departments and teams. Get the right people to the table together more consistently. Quit hiding results or 'secret strategy direction' that we all see. That's lame.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I'm a different location employee from the rest of my team. I was hired in May, and the first team meeting we had was October. I hope we continue to have them as committed to improve the lacking communication and visibility to building together for our customers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

NPS and the NCOM boards are ripping us up. We have lost our way, we need a solid leader more out in front being transparent about these issue, empowering people, and work to decentralize decision making to cause a bottleneck of problems. Start getting real we are here and can build up.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

It's not my manager as the problem, it's the exec team. They want to hide information all the time. And if people are involved at that level, it's only Denver exec leadership. We are recreating the wheel in so many places, and we could save time by asking good questions up front of tenured staff 1st
