I love my company and I can't see me working any where else. I have made a career here and I have no plans to ever leave as long as I have a position with Vertafore. The experience from day 1 to 2 1/2 years later has definitely been a positive one. I couldn't ask for a better work environment!

we have a lot of events and activities to get the employees engaged and also their families.

They are very transparent and communicate to all employees what the goal and direction of the company is at all times. We have underwent a lot of changes and they handle them all head on with a "can do/will do" approach.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I originally interviewed it was a long process getting to the actual in person interview. But the communication from the recruiter was very good and she kept me informed along the way. Internal interviews for my current role was very relaxed and informative at the same time.
