Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus structure is opaque and does not reward higher-performing teams. Merit increases are shamefully small.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership seems actively engaged in communicating strategy and goals in a way that has an effect on day-to-day operations.
