Like I said before, I started at this company in the midst of a pandemic. It's hard to say what my true experience has been like over a 14" laptop screen. But for what it's worth, it's been good. People are caring, and they've reached out. I hope that we can get back in the office soon.

They email us and interact with us, give us reminders that they're there for us
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get my opps flipped. When I hear something new, and I can use it in the future. When I make more calls than everybody. On certain occasions, when I am done with the day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Denver's living costs have been rising, but the salary has not. You can Google it. $40,000 base salary is not a livable wage if you have bills, loans, credit card debt, car payments, etc. There is a potential for commission, but the commission is capped by the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that we are relatable. We are all working from home, separately, but in SalesForce, SalesLoft, and Zoom, we are all together. I look forward to getting together in person with my team whether it's for a meet-up or just hanging out. That's what keeps me sane during these times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many people have reached out to me. I like that. I know that we are not at the office due to circumstances under our control, but we as a team and a company are making the most out of it. I think that's what's great about it. I'm excited to get in the office and meet everybody face to face.
