Leadership team should have good team interaction and focusing on tasks assigned gives the best success to the organization
What are some of the best things about your team?
The way we interact on any task assigned is good. In the Sprint/PI planning, everyone will involve in all the items. And we get good support from the Manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Vertafore environment and culture is very good to work here. we can learn a lot from team/RA. no negative words about culture and env maintained here. overall its very good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
in organization level, Vertafore has given good merit. but individually its been almost 3 years that I'm working in this org, my current compensation is not sufficient for me. so I'm expecting some more from the company.
