My experience has been positive overall. However, I hope that for future new hires that more time is dedicated to integrating them, making them feel welcome. Also employees that are extreme liabilities need to face corrective action after multiple meetings have proved useless.

Unlimited PTO and openness about the importance of mental health
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to see the work that I do accomplishes something and being able to take the lead on projects. Knowing I have the support of my managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With my level of experience I came in with, I believe that $16/hour is not representative of that. Knowing that I make the same amount per hour as brand new college grads in their first position who blatantly avoid working and ignore requests to improve is frustrating.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers are fine. One of my coworkers that I work with directly each day is an extreme liability. He repeatedly makes mistakes, does work or doesn't complete work that reflects poorly on me, ignores any and all requests to complete work, and is a completely unsatisfactory teammate
