Instant hire. The store was so desperate for employees, no questions were asked.

Compensation isnt my issue, its the treatment i have been given as an employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some are kind, great at communicating, and help others ro get the job done. They share responsibility and do what they can for not only themselves, but for their team and the store itself.
