The company has to few workers demands too much done with not enough hours. The pay is horrible I worked there for 4 years with only 1.25 raise the entire time. To get that raise I had to quit for a week then they begged for me to come back. Not a good healthy work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only possible thing was the employees making the best out of a bad job environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company never hires full-time employees only management can be full-time. They have employees working full time but marked down as part-time.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be honest with the employees don't pretend that it's possible to move up to management positions when the job is really just a dead end position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The employees were good workers everyone's worked as a team to get the job finished. That was no thanks to store manager or any of the higher ups
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing. The field consultants are bullies they belittle the employees. The 7 eleven TD's Deli manger made the best out of a horrible situation. The store manager sat around while everyone worked.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For starters 7 eleven could treat the employees that have worked for there company for years much better. Offer full-time positions too employees that actually deserve it and not just management. Offer more over time and stop asking so much of employees. Make better schedules. Ect.
