Awful I can't contact HR because they do not offer a number for us to call. Management is awful literally can become a manager in three seconds with no previous qualifications, pay is terrible for the work done and honestly the list goes on

Communication, completing their daily tasks and less attitude

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe let store associates be store associates instead of having them do the managements job and actually knowing my schedule ahead of time instead of finding out the day of. Another thing that could be fixed is the associates ability to call HR
