For me, working in 7-11 just like I run my business in the community and feeling I am the boss of the store. Because in most of the time, there are only one person in the store and need to management anything. I like that feeling even though it is a hard work of it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
For Macau team, I think the manager expectation or goals sometimes too ideal. They also didn't know what is the real situation in the store, but asking the store to achieve the impossible goal. The communication skill is too poor. The management didn't care about their employees.
