My manager is withholding my paystubs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Offer means for employee feedback on a store level
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not sure. Much of my work environment would feel better if my manager actually paid attention to my needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working alongside the assistant managers. These people have some really swell ideas and need to be heard by the company more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone that works there has each other's backs when covering shifts. If someone needs a specific day off there's always someone to cover it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am being forced to work overtime most weeks, if not full time, but am not given benefits. My boss refuses to give me the wages of my peers.
