Terrible the manager barely communicates the staff is rude disrespectful they are bullies they are not using the proper procedure that 7-Eleven have set up they don't even wash their hands before dealing with food no one eats temperature rise in the food before serving it to the customers the place

Communication my boss and I say anything at the interviewee barely talked English

They're not following proper protocol our procedures no one has a food handlers certificate in there serving food

Nothing positive about that place nothing not one thing positive about that place that area are the staff members

Following the proper protocol has already set up for 7-Eleven using gloves and washing hands have a customer service

Being affectively able to do my job the proper way and using the skills that I have within the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I really wanted to work for the company I'm so discouraged I'm getting a job because of my experience the manager don't even care you have no consideration he just want you to come work any hours you don't care about your safety or anything
