There is a lot of favoritism between store manager. On my 2nd day a transaction was declined. Didn't know until customer was gone. I have to pay for it. I've been told by her, that we have to pay for our mistakes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be treated fairly. Not to be told everyday to do everything but learn the register lotto etc

Play at home nor at work while telling others what do do as they do anything on our list
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Too many young people getting to hang around & play while I'm doing all the heavy duty duties. From mopping etc. Everyday all day. No actual lunch breaks
