What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager comes in no matter what and does her best, 7-11 refuses to Close the store with somebody calls out overnight making my manager have to cover them. Covered a week straight double shifts and has no days off. But 7-Eleven doesn't care

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A better support system that we had before 7-Eleven bought stripes out. Stop introducing new stuff to flood the market with when you don't have employees prepared to undertake the task. Stop punishing employees when they don't complete these test due to shortages of staff.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Every 7-Eleven only has the bottom of the barrel of workforce. These people never show up to work and when they do they don't do any work. But it's hard to fire anybody or Replace them because you can't train fast enough or nobody wants to work certain shifts. Everybody Is thrown to the wolves
