I have been working at 7-Eleven / stripes for about three and a half months they do not give us 15 minute breaks or 30 minute lunches and we are overworked my manager fights and cusses with customers stump customer don't even come to the store when my manager is working

That I get to interact with customers everyday make new friends meet new people
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managers shouldn't be allowed to bully the employees or threatening them by giving them less hours to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that I have to work an average of 32 hours a week for 12 months in order to have insurance I don't think that's fair
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
By hiring more people so the workload doesn't fall so much on one individual because the less employees the more you strain few employers you have customers aren't happy because there's never coffee there's never cups the fountain drinks are never working because we're understaffed because managers
