Im getting paid less than new hires when ive been there a year and work hard everyday. They offer these hire bonuses but dont think of the ones who were always there

I like a couple of them but most dont do much work

Honestly right now not much because Im their best worker but Im getting paid the least amount

Yes I do. I work hard everyday and come in on time every day plus stay after when others come in late
