Worse job ever. The managers don't do their job at all. When ever they know their is a problem or that the next shift isn't coming in they will turn off their phones so they don't have to deal with it which FORCES us stay all night
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything.... properly train your people instead of throwing them out there like idiots.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything... nobody ever did anything and the managers never said a word about it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't even an interview. We talked about nothing work related during the time of the interview.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First off I wouldn't pay people who have no experience at all more than somebody who has years of experience.
