I've recently been rehired, two weeks so far, im already being threatened with getting fired because I wasn't properly trained on the DoorDash nonsense. And instead of reaching out to me, as a good manager should, the DM or RM, whatever he is, is sending texts about me to the assistant. I'm furious.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing, communication AND hiring competent people.

The other NEW hire is great....the overall staff there needs to be redone.
