A rehire, but at a different store. Been there about two weeks bow, and already hearing the DM is threatening to fire me and another new hire because of lack of training done in the store, yet it is OUR fault.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I wouldn't even know where to begin.....it's truly ridiculous.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are no meetings, and EVERYONE needs to do their jobs, from management down.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The DM needs to grow up and come talk to me as an adult and not send texts about firing the new staff until he can hear from us what is going on.
