Not so rushed make the situation more comfortable to openly talk

Drama needs to be addressed and district manager needs to be. Trained on professional ways to deal with conflict resolution within work place

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My district manager will not appropriately address employees and their concerns he is rude and aggressive and zero concerns for employee feelings and are afraid to speak out for fear of losing their job
