Communication. Listen to your managers' issues and empathize. Work towards a solution instead of threatening to fire people all the time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As an assistant store leader, I am responsible for both management tasks and store side tasks, yet I am paid significantly less and have zero bonus potential.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop with the reactionary policies that are causing a slow down in daily tasks. Stop threatening people's jobs over small issues or things beyond our control, like the supply chain problems currently happening.
